2018 knee and ankle injury had arthroscopic knee surgery walk with a limp due to knee and ankle ptp said you most likely need a total knee replacement but workers comp don't want to do it twice so they might do it at 55 now have back problems from limp for 3 years caused back neck knees hip pain had facet and epidural in lower back bi lateral spinal stenosis in legs radiculopathy in hands from neck workers comp denied all new injuries Dr said back doesn't have enough impingement to perform surgery Dr. said they should fix knee first .I put in request for knee replacement after ptp gave me 3 injections he said doubt they work then 12 session of physical therapy then we request total knee replacement all that to get denied knee Dr said premature at the time.After facet injections in lower back testicles started hurting had injections in testicles no help.Had nerve conduction study done sever radiculopathy.Its a nightmare now on depression pills high blood pressure diabetes pill chlorestal pills smfh😢

On my workers comp doctor's report he wrote 3% and the MMI doctor said it was a 3% impairment, but my workers comp adjuster told me the doctor had given me a 7% rating and I was going to get compensated for that. I'm confused, I guess they talk things over and come up with a different decision, thing is in my doctor's report IT IS WRITTEN 3%. My final admissions letter is on it's way, let's see what rating they gave me there. Is this good or bad? I live in Colorado.

If I have two work notes from different doctors (ankle surgery and shoulder treatment) and both doctors give me different work notes, one doctor keeps me off work and the other doctor sends me to work with restrictions, which one i have to take to go the work ?

Yo solo quiero saber que gana un abogado de workers comp si no hay porcentajes de discapacidad, es decir , si apesar de tener uno o más cirugias, te dan un porcentaje minimo o 0 % de discapacidad asumiendo que la cirugia fue un exito !!

Sí entendí el abogado de colorado dice, que si tienes restricciones es mejor ser ambiguo y que el doctor no te ponga capacidad de levantar peso etc, pero si la empresa te dice bye por las mismas restricciones que tienes el no puede ayudarte a buscarte sueldos perdidos,??? Que hay con los porcentajes de discapacidas , eso existe eb colorado o no ? Dice los honorarios son contingentes ,es decir hay que pagar a si no gane el caso ??? Mejor mudarse de Colorado....

Abogado mil gracias por su information.esta pregunta creo es complicada le explico. estoy en caso de work injury por 18 meses estoy reciviendo sueldos perdidos,el accidente me afecto los hombros y la nuca y la espalda alta.tuve cirugia hombro derecho aun continuo en terapias.le solicite a my patron trabajo modificado dos mese atraz y me lo negaron. Un mes despuez osea 15 meses despuez del accidente recivi E-mail textualmente dices. "Tu position fue cuvierta y debido a tu limitation Dada por mi doctor tu ya nopuedes,hacer el trabajo.el caso aun esta activo yo sigo reciviendo 3/4 de mi salario del an̈o2022 Es correcto el despido? Me discriminan diciendo que por mi limitacion me despiden.yo trabaje por 20 An̈os en la pocision de cheef engineer mechanic sin ningun complaint. Tengo 66 an̈os y decidi aplicar por social security beneficios pues perdi mis beneficios de salud privada por el despido. Tengo laguna oportunidad de recuperar mi empleo? O tendria derecho a indenmisation . Gracias por su respuesta

Sufrí un accidente de trabajo y el menisco de la rodilla izquierda se rompió me operaron y regresé con restricciones a las tres semanas de la operación no respetaron mis restricciones y me pusieron a trabajar lo normal y se volvió a romper otra vez el menisco y estoy en terapia y me duele y el doctor dice que puedo cargar 45 libras y a mi me duele todavía mi rodilla y ahora me duele mucho la cadera y empieza a doler la otra rodilla sinceramente no creo volver a hacer el mismo trabajo como antes tengo problema con la estabilidad ya estoy desesperada no sé qué hacer

Very true and in my case one day after 25 years of doing heavy iron work I had a spasm in my back putting the company truck in the company garage. After 20 months they said that my degenerative disc disease and my herniated discs and my dish and everything else that's going on in my back from my neck all the way down to my S1 is pre-existing. And I just thought to myself yeah pre-existing from the day before my accident all the way back to the start of my ironworking career. So frustrating

La situación que expone es algo parecida a la mía , nunca tuve problemas de nada y por tener poco tiempo en la empresa dicen que mis lesiones no fueron por el trabajo y no quisieron firmar nada , vivo en México pero veo que las lesiones y situaciones on lo mismo en el lugar que sea , ahora para que me defiendan ya estoy muy desgastada, física, emocional y económicamente..

En mi accidente de trabajo , tuve una cirugia de tobillo ( ligamentos y tendones ) además tengo fractura en el hombro ,que aún está pendiente la aprobación del WC de terapias fisicas , ( tengo abogado ) aún estoy con work off .... pero por los videos que veo pienso que WC no paga nada a menos que tengas porcentajes de incapacidad y casi siempre los doctores de WC te dan 0 % . Entonces como le pago al abogado ?

So they cut suspend your worker's compensation benefits because they insurance company said there needs to be a hearing. Is it okay to apply for unemployment at that time? I have no income coming in and I do have a lawyer and paralegal that I retained however, when I spoke to the insurance agent she told me that reason for my wages being suspended were because my doctors hadn't reported any injuries to them as of yet
